Mr. Yang Changsong, born in May 1966, is a university graduate. Mr. Yang used to work in the Third Division of Finance and Taxation Management of Tianjin Finance Bureau. He used to serve as a staff member of the Chinese Enterprise Division accredited to the Tianjin Finance Bureau by the Ministry of Finance, a staff member, a deputy senior staff member and a senior staff member of the First Division of the Tianjin Commissioner Office under the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Chief and Chief of the Fourth Division of the Tianjin Commissioner Office under the Ministry of Finance, Chief of the First Division of the Tianjin Commissioner Office under the Ministry of Finance, Chief of the Second Business Division of the Tianjin Commissioner Office under the Ministry of Finance, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Associate Counselor of the Tianjin Commissioner Office under the Ministry of Finance, and a member of the Party Leadership Group and Level II Bureau Rank Official of Tianjin Regulatory Bureau of the Ministry of Finance.
